Sivussa Third-Party Software Notices

Sivussa uses third-party software components and libraries. The applicable license terms for those components are provided by their respective licensors. This document provides a practical, non-exhaustive list of commonly used components and the license families relevant to them.

  1. Practical Notes

2.1. Permissive licenses. MIT and BSD-style licenses are generally permissive and typically require preservation of copyright notices, license text, and warranty disclaimers in distributed copies or substantial portions of the software.

2.2. Source-available / fair-code licenses. Some components may be licensed under source-available or fair-code terms that impose additional conditions or commercial restrictions. For example, the n8n Sustainable Use License includes use and distribution limitations that differ materially from MIT/BSD-style licenses.

2.3. No endorsement. The inclusion of third-party software does not imply endorsement of Sivussa by any third-party licensor.

2.4. Separate rights. Any rights you may have in relation to third-party software are governed by the applicable third-party license, not by Sivussa’s Terms of Service.
